The JUMA Low Pressure Dosing System is suitable for prototyping, model working and industrial applications.
The valve free - double action piston systems are available for continuous dosing and extreme mixing proportions with higher viscosity materials. JUMA supplies systems according to specific customer requirements for low and high viscosity over 150.000 mPa.s

Suitable for the following materials:

  • filled and unfilled 2-component casting resins
  • polyurethane- foams (integral skin urethane)
  • reinforced and unfilled Reaction Inject Materials (RIM)
  • For other materials please ask JUMA's engineering department

Silicone Dosing System


The JUMA silicone dosing machine is suitable for airbubblefree, steady dosing and mixing of high viscosity two-component silicones with more than 150.000 mPA.s.

  • High transport capability, infinitely adjustable output volume
  • Mixing proportion 100 : 10 +/-5% adjustable. On request also other mixing ratios (e.g. 100:5) at the same or higher viscosity may be realized
  • All materials are transported in a closed tubing system. Thus no air can be added
  • Direct draw from original barrels, thus no additional container necessary
  • Ease of operation for short production time
  • Easy mixer cleaning without additional agents
  • Precise mixing by dynamic mixer with pneumatically controlled valves
  • High precision dosing by patented hydrostatic dosing unit wihout valves
  • Catalyst feeding by hydrostatic movement of high viscosity material and two-piston drive
  • Less remaining material. The barrel presser will empty the total content of the component barrel. Avoid hazardous waste.
  • The system can be adapted to any desired barrel size
