Metal Casting machine MAG 3000
 |
- For melting and casting of metals at melting temperatures up to 1150 °C
-
For rapid production of metallic prototypes and low runs especially aluminium and magnesium alloys, bronce, gold and silver
-
With the lost investment process wax models are embedded in a ceramic form, where they are fused and then filled with melted metal
- A resistance furnace does the melting process under argon protective gas
- The molten mass is then poured into the cuvets under vacuum and protective gas
- The 3 l cup of the MAG 3000 enables the casting of parts up to about 10 kg within about 40 minutes
- Total stainless steel construction
- High grade insulation for increased temperature stability and low operating cost
- Fast heating-up process for shortest production time
- Automatic temperature regulation for the oven and the molten mass ensures reliable process control
- Cuvet receptacle with vacuum-connection
- Vacuum pump with automatic and manual vacuum control
- Connector for protective gas supply with flow meter
- Connector for pressurized air supply for the cuvet receptacle
|
Main applications - Metal prototypes and low runs for automobile and mechanical industry - Precious metal parts for the jewellery industry, in dental and medical laboratories
